E-Bill Express is Viaflex’s online billing and payment system designed to give customers a more convenient way to view invoices, make payments and manage billing information in one place. Whether you need to make a one-time payment, review previous payments or enroll for recurring payments, E-Bill Express makes the process faster, more secure and easier to manage.
With E-Bill Express, customers can access billing information online, make payments by bank account or credit card, view payment history and manage saved payment methods through a secure portal. Customers who enroll can also set up automatic or recurring payments for added convenience.
Managing payments should be simple. E-Bill Express gives Viaflex customers an easy online option for handling invoices and payments without unnecessary delays or paperwork. Customers can view invoices online, make secure payments, access previous payment history and manage payment methods from one location. The platform is built to improve speed, accuracy and overall convenience.

Step 1: Access E-Bill Express through the Viaflex payment link
Step 2: Enter your account number and make your first payment
Step 3: Choose a bank account or credit card and submit payment.
Step 4: Enroll using your current information and create your login.
Step 5: Open the activation email from E-BillExpress@E-BillExpress.com to complete the set-up.
For customers who want a more automated payment process, E-Bill Express offers recurring payment functionality after enrollment. Once logged in, customers can create a new recurring payment, manage scheduled payments and delete them if needed. The first automatic payment may not process until the next billing cycle, so a manual payment may be required initially.
Credit card payments made through E-Bill Express include a 3% surcharge. Customers should also know that login credentials and recurring payment management require enrollment. If you are enrolling for the first time, be sure to watch for the activation email and complete that step to finish setup.
E-Bill Express includes options for customers who need help accessing their accounts. If you forget your login ID, you can request it from the Welcome page using your account number and enrolled email address. If you need to reset your password, you can do that from the Welcome page as well. Passwords are case sensitive, and after three incorrect attempts the account may be locked.
