Dura-Skrim® J 系列

At the heart of the Dura-Skrim J-Series is its unique single-sided, textured geomembrane, designed using high-strength polyethylene resins. This construction provides both durability and flexibility, guaranteeing that the material performs well under various environmental stresses. The aggressive, crosshatched texture offers a distinctive advantage, significantly improving traction on the job site, which decreases slips and accidents—valuable in wet or uneven conditions.

The J-Series is reinforced with a polyester scrim encapsulated within a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) matrix. This tri-directional reinforcement increases its tear and puncture resistance, making it ideal for environments where sharp objects, rough terrain or mechanical stress could endanger the integrity of less robust liners. Whether it’s heavy machinery or abrasive materials, Dura-Skrim J-Series liners maintain their structural integrity.

Thermal expansion is a common issue in liners exposed to varying temperatures, leading to wrinkling and potentially compromised functionality. The J-Series counters this problem with its textured gray outer layer that not only provides a cooler working surface but also minimizes thermal expansion. This feature ensures that the liner maintains its form even in extreme conditions, reducing the risk of warping and improving its overall longevity.

The Dura-Skrim J-Series’ black layer incorporates carbon black and thermal stabilizers to ensure longevity in exposed environments. These additives improve the geomembrane’s resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, oxidation and other environmental degradation factors, making it a long-lasting choice for outdoor markets.

Dura-Skrim J-Series is available in a range of lengths and widths, providing flexibility in both large-scale and smaller projects. Large-diameter mill rolls enable an efficient seaming process, and the factory-welded panels are quality-controlled, accordion-folded, and tightly rolled onto heavy-duty cores for ease of handling. This practical packaging reduces installation time, making it highly user-friendly for field workers and contractors.
